3 easy steps to get your out of town (O.O.T.) fittings to us!

1. Print the fitting form

2. Take it to a Formal Specialist in your area and have the form completed.

(Note: This is a Complimentary Service provided for you. We provide this Service to local customers here that are renting garments in your area.)

3. Enter your information into the fitting form and hit submit
(Make sure to fill in your Height & Weight.)

DONE!

Once we have received and entered your O.O.T. fitting,

a confirmation email will be sent for your records.
